How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Trusteffort Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Can Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Trusteffort Pest Control went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we introduced you to

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Trusteffort Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Colorado.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@trusteffort.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
